Tournament Organiser was born out of C S Coaching & Event Management, which served as a prominent figure in the youth football tournament landscape since 2011. In 2023, we underwent an exciting rebranding to become Tournament Organiser, solidifying our commitment to providing high-quality support for grassroots football tournaments.

Colin Smith
As the visionary behind Tournament Organiser, Colin Smith brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of grassroots youth sports events. With a degree in Physical Education and qualifications in Event Management and Project Management, Colin has been a driving force in elevating the quality and efficiency of sports tournaments.
Colin’s venture into sports event management dates back to 2003 when he became a founding member of NPL Youth. However, it was in 2007 that his journey truly ignited as he orchestrated and delivered their inaugural tournament. Over the course of 15 years, Colin remained at the helm of NPL Youth’s tournament efforts, forging a legacy where the tournament stood as a pinnacle among the area’s finest up until 2022.
Colin’s dedication to enhancing the tournament experience went beyond his time with NPL Youth. His expertise and unwavering support proved invaluable to clubs like Walton Casuals, Esher Colts, Hearts of Teddlothian, and Banstead Youth. From 2014 to 2019, Colin’s involvement ensured the seamless execution of their tournaments, setting a standard for excellence in sports event management.
In 2019, Colin’s passion for streamlining tournament operations led him to create the Tournament Management System (TMS). This innovative solution effectively tackles the complexities of organising high-quality tournaments, earning Colin recognition as an industry innovator.
In 2023, Colin’s commitment to excellence led to the rebranding of his venture as Tournament Organiser. This evolution marked a new era of providing cutting-edge solutions for both grassroots and elite youth sports events.
