Colin Smith - Proprietor

Colin is the proprietor of C S Coaching & Event Management. He is a School Games Organiser (SGO) in West London. With a background in school sport and sport development, Colin has the knowledge and understanding to provide high quality coaching to children of all abilities.

In addition, Colin can draw on his experience as Competition Manager for two West London boroughs to provide outstanding event management support and delivery for schools, local authorities and School Games Organisers. He has been part of the planning process for the inaugural London School Games Competitions held in 2012. 

As well as being an SGO and Competition Manager, for the past five years Colin has been the tournament co-ordinator for the very successful NPL Youth Football Club Summer Tournament which sees over 160 youth football teams and 1500 young people compete in an annual small sided football tournament.

Sam Spong - Coach

Sam joined the team in January 2012 and has overseen the implementation of the Year 1 and 2 Soccer School which forms part of the NPL Youth Saturday Soccer School. Sam is an accomplished coach as is able to build a great rapport with the children she coaches and always finds innovative and fun ways of coaching children new skills. Sam previously worked in a School Sport Partnership and now lectures Sport and Physical Education in a Sixth Form College. A keen footballer, Sam is keen to develop footballers of all ages and abilities.

Tom Alington - Coach

Tom joined us in September 2011 and quickly became an important part in the growth of C S Coaching & Event Management. An excellent coach who despite being new to coaching has taking over the running of the Year 5/6 Soccer School which forms part of the NPL Youth Saturday Soccer School. Tom is popular amongst his colleagues and those that he coaches and a promising future in coaching awaits. Tom is also a talented footballer and has represented his college team in National Finals as well as being captain of NPL Teddington and appearing for the NPL senior team.
